A lot of transmen choose not to have them; perhaps because they don't want 'fake' testicles (in the same way that some transwomen choose not to have breast implants), or because of the risk of them working their way out through the skin (just like breast implants, a cavity has to be created for them to go into, and that means stretching skin; there's less skin available than on a chest, so the pressure can cause the 'entry wound' to break down).

I have broad shoulds too - I just try to stay away from strapless / halter tops.
I'm 5'6/ 5'7 and have muscles on my legs (calves) I mostly waer skinny jeans - but shorts and skirts actuall look good cause of my long legs.

Try parting your hair different - do side bangs? those are adorable.

Dont over excessive on the make -up. cause THAT will make you look tranny.
Go for a more natural look - simple and toned down.
eye liner and mascara will work nicely.
