Hi, I read your answer with much trepidation and worry.I would be very worried about anyone agreeing to perform free plastic surgery on you. If a surgeon is doing it free, he probably is not that good. Once your face gets damaged, that will be a prblem to resolve, much bigger issue than what it is now.
My suggestion would be travel to India. Surgeons here are American Board certified or their equivalent and costs will be 1/ 10 th that of the US.
One surgeon to consider would be Dr. Debraj Shome who heads the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery at Apollo hospitals, Hyderabad. His details are on:

The only one that I have seen is www.myfreeimplants.com. But that's just for breast implants. I am actually looking for a site that does the same thing but I need breast reduction surgery and a little bit of liposuction. So if you find anything please let me know. Free or discount plastic surgery sounds very, very risky. Have you approached your doctor to see if he/she will do the surgery as required by your insurance but fudge the numbers a bit so that you are left with more tissue, but the insurance is happy? More often than not, doctors want to do what is best for you and your body and not necessarily stick to the broader requirements of the insurance company. Wouldn't hurt to ask!Keith Said:
