Gender Reassignment Surgery Female To Male Photos

Jacqueline Said:

a question about gender reassignment surgery?

We Answered:

Some I can answer personally and some I can secondhand. I did not go to Thailand for my surgery but did go with a very close friend for hers to see Dr. Pichet Rodchareon (Sp?) in Bangkok because I did not want her to go through this alone. The guy gets bagged by a few people in online reviews- somewhat unfairly from my impression and further research but that's irrelevant here. The way Jamie was treated was extraordinary! The entire staff treated her like gold and by extension me as well. We both stayed in the hospital ( a private room in which a fold out bed was provided to me at no extra charge for a total of 8 days. For another 7 we stayed in a nearby hotel and EVERYDAY either Dr. Pichet himself or one of his nurses came by to check on Jamie. While in the hospital he often arranged for meals to be brought in for us from outside- and never accepted payment for doing so. When in the hotel and feeling Jamie could handle some light activity he arranged for us a car and driver to give us a little tour, and make a few stops to shop. This man accompanied us everywehre that day, negotiated prices for us, translated when needed. Simply awesome. he took us out again 1 more time for about three hours before we left. They catered to her every need medically and were never negligent in any manner I could see. The procedure went smoothly and successfully. At this time jamie is healed, assimilated to her new body, orgasmic, and has had zero postop complications. One thing I will suggest is that flying there coach is fine- but if possible upgrade for the flight back. Just trust me on this. You will appreciate the extra room and comfort.
Now for questions I can answer firsthand, pain after surgery for me was not really an issue. I have a high threshold anyway and the worst thing was the catheter being removed but that was only a few seconds of ouch time! I just did what I was told, took what I was given for the first 3 days and had no issues. As far as hair removal goes my way was wrong. I tried some crud products that were "internet specials" for fast painless permanent hair removal....all garbage. If it doesn't hurt at least a little it isn't working. I tried laser to mixed results. I tried a home electrolysis kit that did work but was way to slow to be cost effetive and a bad insertion winded up leaving me a nasty scar I still have to this day in the bikini zone. Eventually I bit the bullet and paid for electrolysis and while expensive as I took a boat load of hours it was effective and I only needed about 3 hours of total time in the year following my last scheduled session for minor touchups here and there. As for breast development through hormones I reached 36b but do admit I used the pump in conjunction with this. maybe that did or didn't help but I set a regimen and stuck to it. The pump only cost about $15 bucks so it wasn't a bank breaker. I did eventually get breast augmentation and went up to a C cup but only for purposes of symmetry to better fit my frame. For my age I did quite well I think naturally after only 2 years of use.

It sounds like you have everything under control and have been doing things the right way. I wish you luck, happiness and success as you embark on your new life. I hope anything I've shared has helped a little.
