I am wondering how old you are. The reason is because a man's hairline changes when they mature. It you find a company that is willing to fill that in - then they just want your money. Bear in mind, that cost and density of the hair transplanted go hand in hand. Are you losing hair anyplace else?? The most important thing about hair transplants are the artistry involved. That will determine how natural it looks. I worked for a well known company that was expensive and did great work - but they were horrible to their employees. Go somewhere for a free consult and info that you can see before spending money.

Here goes...

(1) It depends on what clinics you go to.

Some clinics charge $5 some $6 and some $7 per hair that they transplant. If you are in a late stage of hair loss then, you'll probably have to transplant more hair. Sometimes up to 1,500 hairs.

(2) Occasionally, if the doctor is not that experienced you'll have hairs that won't "stay" in your head.
Hair usually does though. And after about 2 to 3 days you'll feel better, no discomfort etc.

(3) Hair loss is caused mainly by this thing called 5-Alpha Reductase which strangles your hair at the root and kills it. Blocking it is one way to stop hair loss, you do this by using 5-AR blockers. Or, if too many of your hair has been killed off, then you'll have to consider hair transplant.

It depend on the doctor, each graft could go from 3 usd to 10 usd . Do not go cheap here .
IT will take several month to growth and the redness of the surgery will last for 2-3 weeks .
