Are you in America? You can find someone to do it for you here can't you? You can even find someone here who is native korean to do it, if you like. I am not sure of this, i was just suggesting because what you want to do is obviously a little inconvenient. This is not comparable in most ways, but i get my hair straightened every year, i do not go to asia to get it done though, i just find a native east asian in america to do it (i have had it done in east asia as well). So, despite my own superstitions about only getting it done from someone from asia where they have done many many procedures, i understand your desire (if you have one) of getting it done from someone who does it a lot (in this case, maybe a korean).

A lot are very pretty, but not necessarily because of plastic surgery. Google "Song Hye Kyo" and you'll see what I'm talking about. She is 100% plastic surgery free and look how beautiful she is! She is a big drama/movie star in Korea.
