if you are already in so much pain,then i would do it.i just had 3 open surgerys this past year.and no they didn't completely work. somethings are better,and some are worse.if it works,and i'm sure it will,you will be fine as long as you stop lifting,and doing other things to heavy for you. i don't think your wasting your time when you are trying to find a cure.

my mom bought me avon. i thought she was crazy. my GRANDMA uses avon.
she made me use it. i felt like such a girl. but it worked. she bought me some of their other acne stuff and i cleared up a bunch.
