You don't need to do a whole new portfolio. Your dark circles would have been covered with makeup or retouched so they wouldn't be noticeable. And I'm sure you have plenty of pictures already where either your teeth don't show or they were digitally whitened. If you had a nose job or something drastic then you'd want to take new pictures but the problems you are dealing with wouldn't have been visible in your portfolio if your pictures were retouched
