Call the surgeon's offices & ask, Bubba.I doubt they would do it until after you've finished puberty at age 21 or later - to let everything finish growing first.
I suspect you gave up trying to lose weight much too soon. When you give up too soon - you never realize what you could have accomplished. Don't even talk about suicidal issues - when you know you're just a wee bit too lazy to make a commitment to yourself to make improvements.
If you have had 'other issues' - then possibly psychological counseling could help you learn to deal with your issues.
