Most people at your age feel insecure about their bodies. You have to give yourself a chance to grow in to your body. You may end up liking it when you are a bit older, plus at 14 you haven't finished growing so you're body is likely to change. As for plastic surgery, it is not that safe to have it while you are still growing. Maybe get a gym membership?! Doing weights and cardio workouts at the gym can dramatically change the shape of your body.

A woman already produces the female hormone and taking more would not increase the size of their breast, the size of the breast has more to do with genes than female hormones. Men have to take the hormone when going through a sex change to lower the amount of hair the body produces and to alter the bodies shape (not only the breasts).

Plastic surgery, in my opinion, is all about enhancing features you feel uncomfortable with. I don't think it is gay at all. If you have the money and are willing to deal with all of the pain and won't have a problem with the scars, go for it. I do think you should think long and hard about it, seeing that it is called "surgery" and things don't always turn out the way it is pictured in your head. There are all sorts of complications that could come up as with any other surgery. Look at Tara Reid for example. :O) Good luck!
