In more simple terms, when used for mole removal, the machine emits ultra-high frequency radio waves into the skin that affect the water within the mole cells, causing the mole to vaporise. The lesion can then easily be sent away to be tested for harmful cells or cancer of any kind.

Radio surgery is our preferred method of mole removal as scarring is virtually non-existent and the mole heals over in a few days leaving little trace that the lesion was ever there.

It is probably ok to do some (keyword) heavy lifting as far as the exercise depending on the area involved as far as where the mole was removed from. However, I would recommend not trying to do anything with the weights until you can get a hold of your doctor to see what they say.
