If you feel uncomfortable about your nose. There are many other options before surgery. There's make-up tricks to make your nose look smaller and more turned-up(which Marilyn Monroe used to do). There's also exercise things you can try. Whether you're in a small town or a big town-the risks are still there. (Although I'd prefer a big town with reputable doctors or whatever they're called)
Try and be as natural as possible and love what God gave you.

Its very well possible with makeup!

Its hard to tell without seeing the nose, but I will tell you this much. Makeup can do wonders. Just look at Oprahs nose! It seems so slender with makeup and then without makeup she has a very large nose like many other people!

You can be beautiful with any nose. Most of the time we think our nose is too big and it really fits our face. I hated my nose forever, but then I saw the light and realised God knew what he was doing and that it not only fits me just right, its a really nice nose with "personality" and adds to my character.

Look at what happened to the chick from dirty dancing. Her big nose was her trademark. She got a nose job and her career went down the tubes.

With that said, makeup has two basic rules for conturing. Shading pushes back, highlighting brings forward. Simply use a powder foundation one or two shades darker than you normaly use over the bumps to "push it back". If you have a wide nose you can apply shading on the sides, and use a foundation one or two shades lighter than normal and run it up and down the middle length of your nose. It will give the appearance of a slender nose.

It will take lots of practice but youll get it!

I don't know where you live but in Sweden, people under 18 gets free plastic surgery with their parents permission. Only condition is that your suffering from it. But everyone just says they get picked on for it and the doctors is just like: Myeh, let's do it.

use *nose right* its this product that ppl use as an alternative to a nose job. The website looks kinda fake but this product is accually real even search it up or look other questions about it on yahoo answers. You wear it for about 15 mins a day for a few weeks and you nose will become thinner and after tht u don't have to wear it anymore and your nose will stay small. Ask a doctor about it or something cuz they dont tell u about it probly cuz they want u 2 spend money on a nose job. or u could get a non-surgical rhinoplasty look it up on youtube it cost less than a nose job and only takes like 5 mins lol. and yes it is true u could end up losing ur singing voice but i don't think it happens alot cuz alot of celebs get nose jobs.

I would have to say no. I say this because likely they have to reshape the bone and cartilage. I had deviated septum surgery a few years ago to correct my sinuses, and I always joked that I got a free nose job then because my nose looks different. Check with an ENT.
