Absolutely yes! Get a referral from your doctor to see a plastic surgeon or call local clinics with plastic surgeons and talk to the receptionist and make an appointment to go in for a "consult". Meaning just you and the doctor talking about what you want changed and then he/she will give you some ideas of their procedures to change it. A lot of plastic surgeons have computers that they can show you the before and after pictures. Good luck

I've embraced my natural hair, and I get compliments all the time. You have to figure out what about yourself looks the best and emphasize it. Now think of what you don't like as much. Is it changeable? If not, learn to embrace it. If so, change it! You reallly need to build up confidence before anyone else is going to think that you're pretty. You have to believe it first. If that means you need to experiment with a bunch of different looks before you're satisfied, then do that!

Don't be so hard on yourself, you're your biggest critic.

There is no way to reshape your nose without surgery. You can make it look thinner with makeup, but that's about it. I actually went ahead and got the nose job. It was well worth it for me :)
