It does work, but with any surgery there can be complications. Sometimes people that get the surgery lose sensation in that area, you will still be able to have an erection (d/t the implant) but sometime there is nerve damage from the implant. Just like some girls with breast implants lose sensation in their nipples. Also I don't know if you are considering this surgery or someone else, but you have to find a Dr. who is highly skilled in this surgery and ask for his success rates. I have seem implants that can make the penis 4-5 inches larger.
