it's not worth it for penile implants that increase size they take fat from the buttocks and graft it onto the penis. which means that your penis will never be "hard" again it will always seem slightly soft but if you do go through with it you probably won't be allowed to masturbate for a month or 2 and you might be given weights to attach to your member to help make the implants seem more natural
