Enlarging a penis is more complex than enlarging a breast. The breast stays the same size all the time, whereas a penis has to fill with blood and expand. It also acts as the tract for urine elimination and ejaculation.

There are very few safe and effective operations for penis enlargement. Cutting the erector ligament can produce a slight increase in length; fat transfer from the buttocks to the sides of the penis can produce some increased girth - but the results are unpredictable, and the fat can disperse over time. This operation can also leave scarring.

For the same reason the government isn't giving out cures for cancer and aids. They have it, but when they release it, the drug companies lose all the money from cancewr medication. Same goes for the surgeries and the suposed male enlargement pills that don't work.

your right man...I've heard the same, it affects your function...I don't know who the hell would do this when all you have to do are some exercises.

these are exercises you can do at home, they've worked to bring me from about 5.8 inches to almost 7 inches now...serious ****...took a little while though ( a few months), check this out:
