The only type of penis enlargement surgery doesn't require plantation, it basically lengthens some of the penile tissue by cutting away some fascia and ligaments that restrict the penis from fulling lengthening.
This surgery also has problems because people frequently suffer from nerve damage with leaves them with patches on their penis's that can't feel anything.

I would stay away from it, and for the record I recon the bloke has a fake one....

But you must take into account the financial and physical cost. Elective surgery is expensive, no matter where you live in the world. More importantly, the physical cost is that it does not always work out how you want it to, and can in some cases lead to terrible deformity and other problems.

Without knowing what size your penis it and without the benefit of a physical examination I cannot give you a definitive opinion. All I can say is that most guys have more than enough equipment to satisfy their need and the requirements of their partner. Most people who think they need enlargement have been trying to compare themselves to porn stars who are rarely as big as they appear.

My advise you you would be to be satisfied with what you have.
