The doctor puts a filler (like one that you would put in wrinkles) called Radiesse above and below the bump and molds it so it is straight. I am really happy with the results, and my nose does not look bigger, just straight. It cost me $1,500 for the filler, and I will get a free touch-up within a year. It should last 3-5 years. There are a lot of articles and videos online about the "15 minute" or non-surgical nosejob. I don't know if that's something you can do being so young. Good luck in whatever you do.
