I'm American and I had rhinoplasty there in February of this year. It looks great and I have gotten many compliments. I basically had the bone in my bridge shaved down, and implant to make my bridge higher, my base reduced, and tip plasty. I paid in won and I could have had that 3 more nose jobs there for the price I would pay here. The doctors don't really speak English well, but they can and you will have a person assigned to you who is fluent in English.(I can speak some Korean) Mine stayed with me the whole time from when I when I got my iv and then when I woke up she was there with my friends. On a side note many this hospital is very big and famous in Korea. Many foreigners go there because we were all in the waiting room together. The only negative thing I can say is its many people say its like a assembly line. Like hurry up and move. However I didn't feel this. I would def. recommend this hospital. Good luck ^^

if you go to the hospital they will suggest you some. If i were you doing a plastic surgery isn't cool. Its gross. My other Girlfriend did it and it's bad. Even the famous ones don't work. Don't do it. Its about 6000-11000 dollers so don't do it
