No she was asked to lose weight for the role, she lost like 15-20 pounds, so she lost fat from her face so her cheekbones pop out more now. I don't know why they asked to lose weight she was never fat, she was normal.

I agree with you. I'm sick of seeing hot women next to tub-a-lards on TV as if men don't need to look good but the burden, and expectation is women always need to look good. Not only that, the implicit message is that women need to accept a man in any kind of physical condition, but men don't have to accept women that and kind of way but hot. I have never seen anything on TV with a hot guy and a fat woman. I realize women aren't as superficial as men, but that doesn't mean yet another double standard should be applied and accepted. Oh yeah one more thing: I don't like t!ts on a man either!

Yes there is a cosmetic procedure that yields (on average) about 1 inch of length and 1 inch of girth. I watched this procedure during an internship. From what the surgeon told me, almost all other methods of penis enlargement in the world are total snake oil and this is method produces the best results. That's his opinion but I digress.
*WARNING: This is a bit graphic*
Two separate procedures are done. First, to increase length, they sever the suspensor ligament inside the abdomen that connects the shaft to the pubic bone. The patient then wears a 1 kg weight (varies) for a few weeks and this pulls it out slightly. Without cutting this ligament, you can't pull it out that much.
To increase girth, a rectangle of donor tissue (wrapped into a cylinder) is sewn under the skin of the shaft. This gets about 1 more inch of circumference.

As to the scrotum, I know there are prosthetics, but I've only heard of them used in cancer patients to replace ones that are lost.
