Hi there, I had rhinoplasty a couple of years ago - it's not painful but it was a bit uncomfortable as I had two swabs that resembled large tampons up my nose all night!
When they're pulled out it feels a bit like your brains are gonna come through your nose but it only lasts a few seconds!
I had 2 black eyes and a large bandage on my nose for about 10 days, after that the bandages come off and you can see the results!

work own hours but have very hihgh liability insurance meaning if u mess up on the operating table u have to pay tons!!
Its alot of work, to even be accepted into medical school you shoudl do somthing for the career not the money.

You need to talk to your doctor, not strangers online. In general they tell people NOT to bathe after surgery because it can lead to infection (bacteria comes out of all parts of your body, then floats in the water right into your wound unlike a shower where it just rinses down and out). I wouldn't do it if I were you. But hey if you want infected boobs, go for it.
