Don't be discouraged about having plastic surgery here. Lots of people do it and it turns out great. I'm sure I'll do it in a few years myself. There are risks no matter what the country. I assume you picked that one after shopping around, but know that cheapest isn't always the best choice. Call or email them and tell them you want contact information for past clients who had the same procedure and are willing to speak to you about their results.
