I'm not sure whether you know this or not but many k-pop stars get plastic surgery in order to look good. Appearance is really important if you're famous in Korea. So for example if you have really good talent (good singer, amazing actor etc.) then the entertainment company will try to persuade you to get plastic surgery! But it's your choice :)
And yes, it's extremely cheap to do plastic surgery in Korea, i'm pretty sure it's the cheapest in the world. :) This is because so many people get plastic surgery over their. Double eyelid surgery is the most common surgery done in Korea because they believe that double eyelids are beautiful :)

And it's a medical procedure. So even if it is cheap, it will still cost the minimum of the average cost of a certified doctor operating on you.

And the idea of it has been very popular, so eye-fold surgeries or nose filler (Silicone) surgeries have been really conveniently used by he public.

But really, it's a personal choice that not all go through. Maybe some.

And Koreans, however plastic surgery is popular there, still have negative views about plastics. So most of the singers and actresses are not plastics, or they are hiding the fact.

Oh, and yes, eye-fold surgery has been considered to be more like make-up cosmetics than a surgery.

But really, some do it, and other don't. It's a choice, and people are sensitive about having a knife on their faces or rubber in their breasts. So no one can't say.

As for price, it really differs on the procedure, but simple procedures like eye-fold surgeries and simple botox or a minor needle injection are not expensive.
