SURGEON. A PHYSICIAN MAY BE LEGALLY LISTED AS A PLASTIC SURGEON, IN WHICH HIS SURGERY WOULD BE COSMETIC IN NATURE AND BE BACKED UP BY A BOARD OF CERTIFICATION AS A PLASTIC SURGEON.
