I don't think that you should drive yourself so soon after the surgery and when the time comes you may not be fully recovered. Also just the physical effort of driving will be painful to your surgical sites and you could risk damaging the wounds if you had to brake the car suddenly. Far better to arrange someone to dive you home as your face will be bruised ,swollen and sore . What ever you decide I wish you the best of luck.

You will probably have to take her to counseling and maybe a rehab that specializes in BDD. She will probably hate you at first and want to rebel against it but eventually, hopefully, she will realize that she has a problem and that you were right, and were just looking out for her. As long as you just be patient and help her through the tough times, which she will have, she will be fine. I've seen alot of patients with this problem, and a lot of succeses. Hope everything goes well!

Your weight and measurements are right for your height. Learn to like yourself and accept the body you have. If others think you should be different - ignore them. I am 5 ft 7 in and weigh between 145 and 150-which is what is considered my ideal body weight. Being pencil thin is not attractive or healthy.
