if this is something you really want there is no reason why it cant wait a little bit until you can save the money for your self. when it comes to talking to you parents about it (if you need them to pay for it or not) talk to you mother first with out telling her about wanting the surgery. talk to her about how she felt about her body after she was done having children you will probably be shocked to find out that she was not happy with her body. and then talk to her about how you feel about yours.
later talk to both of them together have all of the info they are parents and care so they will ask alot of questions HAVE THE ANSWERS . your mother should under stand and help with convincing your father. if all fails you can always wait until your spouse comes home.

I know some girls who have had their surgery done in Brazil, and they look great, but they speak the language. I personally wouldn't do it, i had surgery done here, and went to one of the best surgeons in London. He was amazing, and worth every penny. Don't rush into it, and don't do something to yourself just because it's cheap. You can never undo something once you've been operated on.
