I would say decidedly not. I don't see anything messed-up about them, and unless they're causing you physical pain or trouble then there's no reason to fix what isn't broken. Plastic surgery is a hassle and I wouldn't waste money on something so little.

are you really gonna spend money to get a tiny bit of difference? also its so painful!
dont get plastic surgery, there is nothing wrong with your ears!
maybe get like an ear piercing? make it look nicer, its cheaper and a lot less painful.
