I believe there will be a age limit b'cos there's even a age limit to do IP treatment at Singapore's famous Jean Yip .

I think you can only have plastic surgeries under 18 with your parents consent if necessary like you're disfigured of having ugly burn marks that affect your life and etc .

Plastic surgery in most Asian countries can be safe and cheap,as for regulations there isn't many.The important thing is to do allot off homework before you go-there are allot of dodgie scamers out there,that organize everything for you from home ,but not all is what it seems(and yes they are on the net.My advice is not to search for plastic surgery in Singapore on the net,but rather do searches on Singapore's major Hospitals where there top surgeons perform.As in Thailand most big hospitals are American or western funded,and most surgeons studied and graduated in either Australia or the US.All these hospitals can be contacted direct.

But cost of plastic surgery is not exactly cheap in Singapore. You can be looking at costs anything for 1k to 10k for just liposuction and a nose job can cost a whopping 12k for a good surgeon.

If it's body fats you are worried about, my advice is for you to work them out. After all, you are still young and your metabolic rate should be much higher.
