To me, of course not. I love my life and the way I look, but to some people they are very self-conscious about themselves. You probably know that in some cases people may kill themselves because they don't fit in or don't like the way they look. I've heard of it before. For example, anorexics put their lives on the line to be skinny.

So for them, it probably is worth their lives to look better. It just shows that society today is kind of messed up; risking your lives to look better.

*VERY expensive and insurance doesn't cover it unless there's a medical reason like deviated septum, difficulty breathing, etc.
*Kanye West's mother DIED having cosmetic surgery. Any surgery has risks. The skill (or lack thereof) of the surgeon, if they make a mistake, your reaction to anesthesia or meds could put you in danger
* You will be bruised for some time.
* There is no guarantee of the final result being exactly what you wanted. Rhinoplasty patients tend to have expectations of perfection, which can’t always be met.
* The nose will be very fragile during the recovery period and therefore vulnerable to accidents which may alter the intended shape.
