Normally the stomach its left in place. It will shrink, but gastric juices are produced and flow though the duodenum and later meet up with the food in the small intestine where the arms join.

Your best bet might be to ask your general practioner to claim that excess skin is causing rashes, and that as a result, you need to have excess skin removed. I assume that your are talking about tightening your skin, as opposed to tightening your abdominal muscles. I'm not a physician, but from what I understand, it's extremely hard to tighten loose skin, even if you are in your 20's.

davids bridal can carry some nice dresses, but also check out alfred angelo. the dresses are AMAZING and run larger. find out how long it takes for a dress to come in, and talk to someone to see how long it would take to alter it. all in all, you want the altering finished one week before the wedding. look now for a design you like, that way all you have to do is pick the size and order it, and if need be, have it altered.
