There are a few products in particular that I have found to work quite well.
While they won't erase strectch marks completely, they will help reduce the appearance and make you feel more comfortable.

1. Lush - "Sandstone" soap ($7.50). It has a soap end & a sand end, and the soap end can be used to wash the area, while the sand end can be used to buff it. It's also good on cellulite too.
2. Bigelow Chemists - "Lemon Sugar Body Scrub" ($18). Use it 3 times a week and rub it in a circular motion on your skin. Rinse & follow up with:
3. Rose & Co Apothecary - "Rose Salve" ($7.50). It can be used for a lot of things, but works really well on this, I've found.
4. Right before you go to bed, you should rub some Vitamin E salve on the stretch marks. Vitamin E is one of the best things and isn't expensive at all.

Do this, and you should be good in no time.

I rubbed vitamin e oil on stretch marks around my hips with good results in reducing the appearance of them, they did not look as obvious.

I've also heard others say that it has worked for them.

The cream is good but not as quick acting.
