Has anyone gone to Thailand for breat enlargement surgery? Anyone gone alone? We Answered:
My wife told me to answer this question. She said that her friend has had breast surgery before, and this is what the friend told her.
You won't feel a thing during the operation because of the sedatives the doctor gives you. You will be in the hospital for 2 days before you can be discharged.
The first week you will hurt real bad.
You won't even be able to walk, but you must to try to walk to balance your body weight. It will be like learning to walk all over again.
The second week you will feel better but it will still hurt.
For a couple of months, after the operation you should not do any kind of carrying or heavy lifting, it will effect your breast implant.
But one thing my wife is concern about is the fact that you are alone, you won't be able to do anything after surgery, therefore not a good idea to be alone!
Good Luck!!!

Is Plastic surgery in Thailand an option? We Answered:
No information on Thailand specifically. The main advantage of having plastic surgery in another country is the cost and the disadvantages include not knowing the surgeon's qualification and there rare times even in most routine cosmetic surgeries you may have to go back to the same surgeon for a touch up or adjustment. I do not recommend going to another country unless you have friends and relatives there to do the research for you and interview the surgeon.Maurice Said:
How do you feel about medical and plastic surgery in Thailand? We Answered:
If you want to know how I feel about this, click on my profile and read some of my answers on the same question.I came back from Thailand 3 weeks ago. I had the full mummy makeover,
and the tummy tuck and lipo were great, but the breasts were completely the ugliest things i had ever seen. I'm talking saggy below with implants under my chin, It was star wars freaky.
So I had them redone the day I flew back to Australia (big mistake) and for the last 3 weeks have had nothing but pain, infected stitches, and no help from the company that sent me over there.
If you want to get this done I ask you do one thing that I didn't. Organize post op care in your own country, because in Thailand they give you a bag of drugs and once you're out of the country you're on your own. NO surgeon will touch you, I was even turned away from a private hospital. The basic notion is 'you took the risk getting major surgery in a 3rd world country, this is what you get'.
If I could do it all again I would save the extra money and get it done properly. It's not just you, it affects the whole family when mum can't get off the couch, mum can't drive the car, make the lunches, believe me it's a family affair!!
Yes it's cheaper but I have breasts that will be scarred badly for life.
Please choose wisely.
Best of luck

how much is sex change surgery in thailand? We Answered:
I don't have the costs but surely it will be far cheaper here than most other places and the doctors have more experience with this. I did look into this very briefly for a friend a few years ago. I don't remember what the price was, but do remember thinking it was reasonable. Like $5000 comes to mind??The most expensive hospital is Bumrungrad - Also Bangkok Hospital. You can surely contact them by email and figure that everyone else will be cheaper. These are World Class facilities. Best hospital I have ever seen.
