It is your job to make sure your surgeon is qualified. Ask plenty of questions and make sure they (A) do these surgeries frequently, (B) have done a lot of them and (C) that they have testimonials from happy patients.

If you are having a vaginal tightening procedure performed, I would highly recommend you go with a surgeon with a background in gynecology.
